Our Fees

The fees of the Firm are fixed by mutual agreement with each client in the respect of the regulatory principles according to the nature and the difficulty of the case, the importance of the interests in question, the incidence of the costs and expenses of the Firm, the experience, reputation and specialization of the lawyer, the financial situation of the client, the advantage or the success achieved.
In order to avoid any misunderstanding, the Firm practices the convention system, a real contract providing for both the methods of setting fees, and the terms of payment, but also the reciprocal obligations of the company and the customer.
In the light of the law and practice of the legal profession, three methods of fixing fees are possible:

Billing time actually spent on the file
The fees are calculated by applying an hourly rate multiplied by the number of hours devoted to the case.
The amount of the hourly rate is set according to the nature of the file, its complexity, the level of experience of the speaker and the degree of urgency of the work.
In the case of a particularly large volume of work, we propose an agreement fixing reduced hourly rates.

Lump sum fixed for the whole procedure.
For the cases for which our due diligence is foreseeable, we can offer you a fee package, that is to say a fixed and global amount determined in advance which, with some exceptions, will not be readjusted at the end of the mission .

The honorarium of result is thus a supplement of remuneration which is added to the honor to the past time or to the agreed fixed fee. It is payable as soon as the result is definitively acquired (final decision).

A subscription contract is offered to companies wishing to stabilize their relationship with the company.

Fees and disbursements are not included in the fees and are always the
responsibility of the client.
These include expenses incurred in the fulfillment of our mission (travel expenses, accommodation, certain research expenses, bailiff fees, expertise, translation fees, registry fees, etc.)

Our fees, expenses and disbursements are payable by any means: transfer, check, cash upon receipt of the invoice.
